We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude and ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting.
The Food Service Director has an overall responsibility of food service.
He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results.
The General Manager reports to University Administration and The District Manager.

Plus Years in a Senior Leadership Role in a College or University setting o Solid knowledge of kitchen, caf , retail, catering and student dining operations o Solid understanding of Guest and Client Relations o Impeccable Communication Skills o Restaurant Management knowledge o Knowledge of Menu implementation o Culinary or Specialized Restaurant Management Degree strongly preferredMetz Culinary Management is a FAMILY-DRIVEN company that collaborates with its partners to deliver RESTAURANT-INSPIRED hospitality to each and every guest Recommended Skills Accounting Administration Catering/Hospitality Work Communication Cooking Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
