Currently hiring for a FT Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and managing social media accounts for informational and marketing purposes General administrative and office support activities as directed Answer, screen, and direct phone calls Welcome and direct in-person visitors; facilitate counter sales Scheduling appointments Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; file and retrieve documents Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing Accounts receivable; customer collections Light office cleaning duties including cleaning/maintaining bathrooms, showroom, office trash, kitchenette, etc.
