STG International is recruiting for a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse for The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Job
Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to UC Works within Scope of Practice and performs functions outlined in the Guidelines for the Licensed Practical/Vocational NurseAssists with medical appointments, emergencies and sick call by taking vital signs and documenting UC medical complaintsAssists with minor surgical proceduresEnsures the medical providers orders are implementedApplies knowledge of drugs and therapeutics when administering medicationDocuments all UC contactsDevelops nursing care plansCoordinates health care needs of detainees with other staff members and coordinates referrals providers as requiredPerforms record keeping functions in accordance with program policiesMaintains patient confidentiality and confidentiality of medical recordsMaintains safety when administering medications and HIPAADestroys and properly disposes of all needles/syringesAssists with the disposal of biologically hazardous wastes on a regular basisAssures a safe and clean working environmentAssists with maintenance of medical equipment and quality control of laboratory reagentsMay assist in maintaining medical supply stock level, restocking as neededMay order supplies (lab and otherwise)Performs other duties and responsibilities as assignedProvides daily nursing care as needed and notifies RN, Physician, or PA/NP of any abnormal findingsMakes beds in the unit as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
