The assignment schedule is 8 am - 5 pm with no call.
The covering physician must have DOT certification.
The assignment requirements include suturing and DOT physicals.
The facility uses Allscripts EMR system.
For this assignment, you need to have an active OK state license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
